Whose IDEA Is This? The Ohio Department of Education puts out this booklet which serves as the procedural safeguards notice to parents of children with disabilities. All school districts are required to give a copy of Whose IDEA Is This? to parents of a child with a disability at least once each year, as well as at different times in the IEP process. You can download an electronic copy of this booklet here.
